This comprehensive course – built upon asana, philosophy and inquiry, functional anatomy, and teaching methodology – will provide you with tools to develop your curiosity, critical thinking, voice as a teacher, and capacity to instruct with compassion and integrity. For those who desire to deepen their own practice, students who are ready to become teachers, and teachers seeking to expand their understanding of vinyasa flow and evolve their teaching skills.

REQUIREMENTS

Applicants must have a minimum of 2 years of consistent yoga practice. Attendance for all course modules is compulsory and graduation depends on successful completion of all elements of the course.
