Terms, conditions and retreat cancellation policy- Terms and conditions

Please choose the room choice appropriate to you when booking as changes will not be possible after booking. If for any reason you cannot attend the retreat we will do our best to fill your place and fully refund you (minus a £50 admin charge). Please note this is not a guarantee and if your place cannot be filled the following cancellation fees apply:

-If you cancel one calendar month before the retreat you will be charged 100% of the retreat price.
-If you cancel two calendar months before the retreat you will be charged 50% of the retreat price.
-If you cancel before this you will be charged 10% of the retreat price.

It is strongly recommended that you take out insurance to cover your costs in the event that you have to cancel or curtail your retreat and are not due a refund in terms of the above policy.

Liability

Florence House and Sarah Williams Yoga shall not be liable for any loss, damage, expense, accident, injury or inconvenience, whether to person or property, which the applicant or any other person may suffer or sustain arising out of, or in respect of, any attendance. Should the retreat be canceled due to unforseen circumstances your place will be transferred to the next available retreat. Should you need to cancel due to illness or unexpected circumstances you will be liable for the full amount due.
