SUNDAY 13th july | 10.30-4.30

Set in the spacious and sustainably built Barcombe Hall with magnificent views down to the reservoir and towards the Ashdown Forest and across to the Ouse Valley. While the hall boasts plenty of space and floor to ceiling windows there will also be the opportunity to practice outdoors if whether permits.

You can expect a day of explorative movement, breath practices and rest. All practices will be focused on movements of the spine and finding ease in our centre. You will explore strength, release and stillness through dynamic and restful practices that will gently encourage the nervous system to settle.

All are welcome.

“Thank you for a wonderful day Saturday. Your wonderful teachings, as always, and such a beautiful location. I felt truly like I’d given myself that time to rest and connect again - much needed. Thanks for always holding the space with such detail, care and attention. I learn so much from you.” Rachel McDermot
