PRACTICES OF REST
25TH - 26th march 2023 + online
COURSE OVERVIEW
How do you practice and teach restorative yoga in an overstimulated world?
This hybrid 35-hour Yoga Alliance accredited course offers a comprehensive approach to traditional practices of rest and restorative yoga complemented by somatic inquiry and self-massage. Rooted in yoga and backed by science this explorative training will put your own embodied experience at the heart of your learning.
Through in-person practices and four interactive and experiential modules including a combination of theory, practice and self-led study this course will provide you with the confidence to teach and practice. You will gain a thorough understanding of what restorative practices, somatic movement and self-massage are and why they can provide you and your students with powerful tools for self-inquiry and understanding.
Why is this training different?
Adam and Sarah share a deep interest in the overlap of science and the traditions of yoga and enjoy sharing their unique perspective on practices of rest.
