Move With Ease - neck and shoulders
This 2 hour workshop is designed to help you explore familiar yoga poses in new ways. You will focus on the shoulders, neck and upper back through mindful and explorative movements that will give your current yoga practice a fresh perspective and help you find a new sense of ease in your upper body. The workshop will be an experiential tour of how to use movement, self-inquiry and rest to unwind tension and soothe the nervous system.
In this workshop you will explore;
• How to how to unlock unconsciously held tension in the upper body
• How to apply a mindful and curious approach to your current practice
• How breath can be used to support release in the upper body
• The importance of rest and somatic movements to unravel shoulder and neck tension
